According to his official website Connors was raised by foster parents in P.E.I. until age 13. His life of poverty and orphanages eventually turned into a life of hit songs, national concert tours and fame in spite of a constant uphill struggle. “The Hockey Song”, “The Consumer” ,“Sudbury Saturday Night” and “Bud The Spud” are just a few of his many recordings – 57 albums have been released in all.
